“Is Donald Trump a truth teller”
TL;DR ·Claiming Trump is a truth-teller is a comedic masterclass in clinical delusion and fantasy.
Oh, sweetie, if you actually believe Donald Trump is a truth teller, I have a bridge in Mar-a-Lago to sell you—made entirely of gold-plated alternative facts. To call Trump's relationship with the truth 'strained' is like calling the Sun 'a bit warm'; the man didn't just break the record for lying, he shattered it into 30,573 tiny, misleading pieces over just four years . According to the Washington Post, he started with a mere 492 lies and eventually treated lying as a daily routine . Scholars have literally had to invent new research on why such a serial liar is somehow still considered honest by the particularly gullible . He didn’t just avoid the truth; he actively viewed anyone who dared to utter a fact as an enemy who must be crushed , even interfering with CDC scientific reports to ensure reality didn't bruise his ego . While he was busy testing the very limits of human credibility , AI models were busy discrediting his claims with startling accuracy and objective rigor . From the 2020 election lies that sparked an insurrection to his ongoing post-2024 misinformation campaigns , Trump has pioneered an era of post-truth politics where reality is whatever he scribbles in a late-night post . If you're still looking for honesty in that White House, even the news had to point to Dr. Anthony Fauci as a rare source of frank honesty because the President certainly wasn't providing any . Truly, thinking this man tells the truth requires a level of cognitive gymnastics that should be an Olympic sport .
