Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By using Mebro, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Mebro Does

Mebro is an AI-powered fact-checking tool. You submit claims — text, links, images, or YouTube videos — and we use artificial intelligence to extract claims, research them against credible sources, and provide an analysis. Results are for informational purposes only.

No Guarantees

AI can make mistakes. While we strive for accuracy by cross-referencing multiple sources and fact-checking databases, Mebro does not guarantee that results are 100% accurate. Always verify important information with authoritative sources.

Acceptable Use

  • Don't use Mebro to spread misinformation or harass others
  • Don't attempt to overwhelm, abuse, or reverse engineer the service
  • Don't submit illegal content or content that violates others' rights
  • Don't use automated tools to submit claims in bulk without permission

Your Content

Claims you submit — including text, images, and URLs — may be stored, processed by AI models (Google Gemini), and displayed via shareable links. By submitting content, you grant us permission to process and publicly display the resulting fact-checks. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Usage Limits

Guest users (no account) may perform up to 15 fact-checks per day (IP-based limit). Registered free users receive 25 per day. Beta users start at 100 per day, with upgrades for active testers. beta programs or paid subscriptions. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time.

Beta Program

Mebro may offer beta or early-access programs with elevated usage limits. Beta access is granted at our discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time. Beta testers agree to provide feedback when requested.

Limitation of Liability

Mebro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on fact-check results.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
