“The fake program created by David Rush was presented as 'continuity of government' work for doomsday planning.”
RECORD SILENT
TL;DR ·No provided evidence identifies David Rush as the creator of a fake doomsday program.
The provided sources do not identify an individual named David Rush in connection with any fraudulent programs. While reports indicate a former CIA official allegedly fabricated a fake doomsday program to siphon money into gold , this individual is not named in the available text. Whistleblower testimony from David Grusch concerns the concealment of non-human intelligence rather than a fake doomsday operation . Although historical doomsday blueprints and continuity of government plans are documented as legitimate federal frameworks , no evidence in the provided material links a person named David Rush to the presentation of a fraudulent program .
