According to reports from The Real Deal and Fox News Digital, several firms have filed mechanic's liens and lawsuits, including a 40 million dollar federal suit by II in One Concrete alleging that discriminatory practices and excessive inspections led to massive financial losses (The Real Deal, 2026).
