What you submitted
“The states of California, New York, and Massachusetts have zero Republican representation.”
TL;DR ·California and New York have Republican representatives, while Massachusetts maintains a one-party Democratic delegation.
WHAT WE FOUND
The assertion that California, New York, and Massachusetts have zero Republican representation is false. While Massachusetts is recognized as the largest state with a one-party congressional delegation where Democrats hold all nine seats , this does not apply to California. Evidence indicates that California has 9 Republican representatives out of 52 districts, representing 17 percent of its delegation . Because California maintains Republican representation, the claim that all three states have zero Republicans is factually incorrect .
