The White House's "365 WINS" document claims the administration "removed more than 2.6 million illegal aliens from the United States through deportations and voluntary self-departures," separately citing "two million self-deportations" as part of that total. ^[0] Immigration court data shows 290,603 documented ICE removals carried out during the Trump administration's first year (January 26, 2025 through November 15, 2025) — individually tracked, processed deportations. ^[1] The remainder of the White House's 2.6 million figure rests on self-deportation estimates derived from population modeling, not confirmed departure records. ^[1] In a later statement (February 2026, after the 365 Wins document was published), DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said "nearly 3 million illegal aliens have left the U.S.," breaking the figure into "an estimated 2.2 million self-deportations and more than 713,000 deportations" — a still-larger, still-unverified claim. ^[2]

The bulk of the administration's headline removal total rests on self-deportation estimates that cannot be independently verified, not on documented removals.

The administration announced a "full and immediate ceasefire" brokered between India and Pakistan on May 10, 2025. ^[0] The Government of India disputed the administration's framing of that mediation. India's Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said "the issue of trade didn't come up in any of these discussions" when asked about U.S. claims that trade incentives drove the ceasefire, and reiterated India's "longstanding national position that any issues related to... India's government disputes that U.S. trade incentives brokered the ceasefire, even though both countries confirm the ceasefire itself has held.

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act established Trump Accounts with a $1,000 federal seed contribution and up to $5,000 in combined annual tax-advantaged contributions per child. ^[4] A FactCheck.org analysis found that with maximum contributions every year for 18 years, a Trump Account would grow to $303,757 by age 18; with no contributions beyond the initial $1,000 seed, the projected balance is $5,839. ^[4] The Urban Institute warned that "without additional deposits into the accounts of kids from families with low incomes, children of wealthy parents will primarily benefit," as reported by Roll Call. ^[5]

The $300K-plus projection requires maxing out contributions for 18 straight years; families who can't add extra money end up with a few thousand dollars, not a fortune.
